Great Clips

I drove my Mother in law to her doctor appointment and after her doctors appointment we stopped at Great Clips to get her hair cut. The hairstylist was very nice and friendly. She helped my Mother in law get into the chair. I thought that was nice of her to do.

Service is fast. Suggest online check-in. But, not required. The stylists are cheerful. They ask and listen to you for preference in cut and style. This location is my preference. I've used one other location and was extremely unhappy with the stylists cut. Only used it as my location was closed for renovations.

Not a great experience.... so I went in Monday 8.18.25.... checked in on the app went in and waited. Called to chair. Had the pics up on my phone as a reference. I showed the lady, I will NOT call her a stylist, her eyes got all big. Pursued her lips like I was asking for the worst haircut ever.... I have severe anxiety when ut comes to getting my haircut, now her I an nervous.... she's making an alert type expression... so I looked at her I said so... she wa like thats a lot of layers and a lot of bangs. I said we'll we are moving out of state in couple weeks and needed something update and professional for my new job. The she said well I just don't know. So I told just trim it beacuse you are making me nervous and I do not trust you to actually cut my hair. I informed her that I get anx

Took my son to get a hair cut and this is what he got left. Didn't realize it was like this till today. He got it cut on Saturday. But went back in this morning and a different lady was able to fix it and it looks so much better now. I would have gave 4 stars but it shouldn't have been this bad. I do appreciate though when I came back they apologized and was very nice and helpful with it. But I will no longer let that person cut my kids hair again.

This is the absolute worst place to get a hair cut. If you are black or mixed they will butcher your hair. They can't do a line up and they will cut you hair and not tell you they don't know how to work with your hair texture. Absolutely garbage!!!!
