Great Clips

My daughter went to get her hair trimmed yesterday on 9/13/24 and the lady that was doing it cut all her hair off up above her shoulders. It was so uneven it didn't even make sense and she wouldn't fix it but still charged her $43 dollars for it. There was still pieces of her long hair that she didn't even touch with the scissors and thought that was supposed to be acceptable. My daughter had been growing her hair for a long time and she's really upset about this. There was no apologies from anyone, and the lady wouldn't even straighten her hair properly with the flat iron! This is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done from management!

Good place to get your hair done. Store looked clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Had a coupon for a 8.99 haircut which helped out. Normal price for a child's cut is 13.00 I think. Ashley did a great job on Bradley's hair, looks like a young man now at 8! Plenty of hair products for sell if that's your thing too!

Not satisfied with what I received at Great Clips in Gaffney. I was surprised with the lack of attention to details. This is a very basic cut that should have been easy to complete. Side burns not cut the same. Neck trim is not clean. Rounded bottom neck uneven. 2 knicks on the back of the head.

Beautiful! My hair is shiny and dead ends are gone! She also offered to layer my hair and so I said yes! Look better from before my styler was the lady with light brown/ dark brown kinda hair! I come here every time I need.

These two ladies were amazing! They worked together to get what my child presented them with! Team work making the dream work. And they were funny, definitely a great duo in the salon!
