Great Clips

Jenna cut my hair not only how I wanted but she added a few notes and changes that I actually really like. I think the service was great, quick, and affordable. Love the new greatclips location and will definitely be back.

Best haircut I've had in years, Jamie really puts her heart into her work. She cares which is just rare these days, this place is insanely lucky to have her. Thanks for the awesome haircut Jamie, I highly recommend her.

I drive over 2 hrs to have my haircut by Jenna. She does an Amazing at my haircut, I always get compliments on my hair. This store has great customer service. Love being able to check in online.

Would not go to this location again. The wait was long (to be expected, no problems here) but the stylist claimed she "has curly hair and knows how to cut it" and proceeded to give me the worst trim I've ever received. Unevent cuts and jagged sections of hair where it wasn't measured, there was no neck cover used so I got hair all over my chest and was itching the rest of the day. By the end of the 20 minute trim, there was a large section of hair literally directly in front of my nose that she completely missed, giving me a unicorn horn down to the tip of my nose. When I brought it up, she grabbed a pair of scissors and just snipped it at random without a second thought and called it good. I paid $30 for a haircut that completely pulverized my hairline and did no work on the sides or back

Niki was decent enough however, she was very condescending with the pricing and potential coupons for kids hair cuts. She didn’t even style my son’s hair after the cut as if she just wanted us out of her chair. Turns out there were several spots on my son‘s hair where it was uneven and not well cut. We’ve been coming to great clips since it opened and this is the first time we received this kind of attitude. Disappointed to say the least. We came back around dinner time and spoke to Jenna. She could see where it wasn’t cut very well and offered to fix it for free. She had to take a half in off in addition to what was already cut just to even it out. If it weren’t for Jenna, we likely wouldn’t be back. Now we will only come to Jenna.
