Great Clips

I am highly upset after my last haircut. I thought it was all great until I really looked in the mirror at home. I asked for a simple trim and face frame. I've asked for this numerous times with no issues. She cut my sideburns so completely short and very uneven. I never asked for them to be cut and she never asked if I wanted that. Now it looks like crap putting my hair up or behind my ears. I am extremely upset that I cried a bit. I don't plan on coming back here for my haircut anymore. Incase we need to know who I was, I had blue/teal color at the tips of my hair.

This Great_Clips is inside the Meijer store, I'm from India & this is my first salon experience in USA-Michigan, my hair stylist is Jen J, she had done a wonderful haircut according to my needs. Very professional, check-in online and then visit the salon because this is a small salon that couldn't be occupied by a huge crowd. Weekends are busy.👍🏽💥👌🏼

Normal haircut place, but there is no reason to sign in online. They do not hold your place. Online said 15 minutes wait. I get there 15 minutes later, and they seat someone right in front of me and say it will be 15 minutes.

Great location which is the Meijer’s on 15 mile and Utica, and some staff are very pleasant and nice and most importantly experienced but on a negative point of view, some of the staff and I mean some not all. Could definitely use some more help with there skill sets and ability to give a good looking hair cut and also some lessons on customer service. If your sign says 9:00 - 6:00 please don’t be rude as you were today and while doing your haircut you rushed and made me feel very uncomfortable and were unable to fix the concerns I expressed with the cut. But I get it, everyone has a bad/tough day and a long one for that so I can look past the bad cut but when it’s repetitive and seems to be happening every-other time when the owner chooses to hire people without proper experience or whate

Barb is my absolute favorite!!! Such a sweet lady. Lisa too. They help me because i suffer from pain and have a hard time with my hair. The prices are great and there's never a long wait time. They treat me with dignity and respect and are so professional. Always take care of my girls! They go the extra mile and it shows. It's also not bad pricing. I appreciate you great clips and love you so much Barb and Lisa!!!
