My son and husband seen Roco in the Fort Gratiot location. Rocos passion for his work is outstanding (one of the best we've came across in a long time), he builds confidence, has patience, amazing chair professionalism and engages with conversation. My son (8) will only see Roco and now Roco has gained another client, my husband. Keep up the phenomenal work, we need more people like you!

I only went in to get my dead ends cut off which takes no more than 2 seconds max. They sat me down in the chair and told me how split my ends were and that I absolutely HAD to have a certain product that they were selling. I looked at the price for the small tube which was $22.50😱. When I went to pay for my cut, I saw that they charged me for a full hair cut after barely sitting in the chair at all. I feel like whenever I go into Great Clips, they try to sell me something off of their shelf and/or tell me my hair is in really bad shape in some way. I almost always leave there feeling anxious and scared over the health of my hair rather than refreshed over my new trim.
