Great Clips

Very unhappy…. Went to get a inch taken off she took off a little more then discussed, my hair wasn’t straightened (my hair is fairly straight when air dried which it was) but I briefly looked at my hair from the back the cut took about 3-5 minutes I get home wash and straighten it and notice it’s so uneven one side is sort of cut at a angle the other is straight across (I told the lady I like my hair to be straight across no layers or v shape) idk I’m so disappointed I waited 2 years to get a haircut because I wanted longer hair now I’m going to have to take off even more to match the sides and spend more money…

They messed my hair up then said I was mistreating them because I CALMLY told the stylist she had messed up and to just cut it all short. I was trying to let it grow up top but at the sides of the top of your head you have to leave it a little longer or it doesnt look right. She cut it too narrow up top and looked like i had a wide mohawk. The stylist apologized and asked the manager if they could not charge me for today. The manager come over and said I was mistreating the stylist, that nobody can make me happy, and that I mistreated her before too (when she screwed up my beard by using the same guard all the way around instead of tapering it) and not to come back unless the stylist I usually use was there. The stylist i usually see (because she can do my beard right) usually works on Sat

Im unsure who the new girl is there, but my lord did she BUTCHER my hair. the ONLY reason I went there was because I was in a rush and they weren't busy. Never again. I had to go to my normal barber, wait an hour just to get my hair cut AGAIN and it had to get it cut shorter than I wanted to make it to where I didnt have patches all over my head. Never again with this store.

Steven is my absolute favorite! He will get you snatched right quick in a hurry. He knows what's he doing and gives the best shampoo and blow out!
