Great Clips

I just left the salon and my hair stylist was Belina, the time that took for my hair cut from the time I sat down and finished paying was 7 minutes. I have been coming to the salon atleast every month from the time I moved to Folsom in the last 2 years and I have had good experience with other staff. Today's experience was something that I did not like, I felt I was rushed through the entire time and to confirm that, after the haircut the person didn't even mind combing my hair to see how the finish was. I generally do not write reviews, I avoid going to that place again. Because I have had good experience from other staff I will go back again but would not like Belina to be my hair stylist, if you can add this to my note. Sorry and Thank you.

I ALWAYS get the BEST haircut here. The stylist are great. Grace is my favorite. She really knows how to cut curly hair well. She is such apleasant person as well.

Possibly the worst haircut service I've ever received. The wait time was way longer than what was posted and I later saw it shoot up to a ridiculous 180+ minutes for later customers while I was waiting because there's only two people working there. The person cutting my hair spent over half an hour on a basic trim and after all that faffing about, we still had to call the other stylist over to finish it properly because she hadn't trimmed it well enough. Never coming here again.

This is one of the worst places I’ve gotten a haircut. It might actually be better to cut your hair at home than come to this Great Clips — especially at this location. The staff seem inexperienced and not properly trained.

My disabled daughter went in on Sunday. She asked for an A-line! I didn't notice how bad the haircut was until we got home. I'm absolutely disappointed that they would disrespect my daughter with such a chopped up haircut
