Great Clips

My first visit to Great Clips in Fergus Falls. I was very pleased by the haircut I received from stylist Lillian on Saturday. I was a drop-in customer and was greeted immediately. Thank you for the great service. Uncle Bob

I have been getting my hair cut at great clips for years most of the time it's been good. But last time when I walked I was greeted by someone that did not want to be there. She was rude and condescending. She finished with the costumer and then Stroud around for 15 min. And then left with 5 people waiting the other 2 ladies took the next 2 girl's with long hair that wanted cut and stiled. I was told 30 min.. l had all ready sat for 20 min. And there was a list of people coming in. The one who left her addetuet and lake of concern for the people and for that matter for your business. Is sad. And I will find some place else to get my hair cut.

I drove from Wahpeton, waited 15 minutes inside the salon and never got checked in. Some guy walks in and gets checked in right away then gets to jump in front of me in line. I’ll never come back to this location.

My husband literally just came from there and the lady who did his cut missed hair by his ear and didn’t fade it all. Looks like a bowl cut do not recommend and will not be going back. We also paid for our daughters to be trimmed and she cut not even an inch off and charged them full price…..not impressed and do not recommend. Horrible horrible and horrible. This lady honestly should be fired.

Out of desperation drove from Perham to Fergus for a cut. Lady who cut my hair admitted she was close to retirement. Regardless, she should have been fired on the spot for the way she spoke to me. I do not have a bowling ball shaped head and she definitely wanted to let me know that. She was as round as she was tall, and the entire time she was body shaming me for having a “weird shaped head”. That is HORRIBLE customer service. It’s never been a problem for other stylists. I’ve never had a stylist talk to me like that before and she proceeded to give me a horrible cut because she thought she could. Instead of giving her a piece of my mind, I took everything she said to me and I regret it. My experience at various great clips locations has been horrible. You get what you pay for though, g
