Ryann did an amazing job on my hair! Not only did she perform an excellent consultation, she made me feel involved in the process and really helped me understand what she was doing while doing it. I got a great haircut, great service, and great people to chat with!

I've been going to the Hoyt road shop and have always gotten a decent cut.

Nothing special and not terrible except for the fact that my notes of leaving “side burns longer” went unnoticed and were chopped near the top of my ear. Price has doubled in 8 years to $25 which is unfair. If I don’t have a coupon I don’t like using them

I would give zero stars if allowed !! I am so heartbroken I waited 3 years to return. I had a friend tell me their experience at a great clips was great (not this salon). So I went to get long layers and face framing. My hair was long, no layers. MY HAIR GOT BUTCHERED!! Now I have to cut my hair up to my shoulders to fix it. Now 2 visits within 5 years and same results.. absolutely awful, do not waste your money or time. I loved my long hair, this is quite devastating I’m trying to post the picture, not finding where I can post it.

Ladies- if the haircut vibe you’re going for is “i broke up with my boyfriend and am having a meltdown”, this place is for you. Everyone else, stay as far away as you can. I was getting rid of length, and went with the most basic cut possible- shoulder length, straight across. No layers. Nothing extra. The lady (Vietnamese I think) didnt wash my hair, didnt check if the front pieces were the same lenght (they werent), and didnt even offer a mirror to show me how the back looked. All of these are basic haircut 101. She finished my cut in under 10 minutes. When i got home and washed/styled my hair, it was so uneven and jagged- in have never had a haircut so poorly done before.
