Great Clips

I love how my hair looks after a perfect cut. Needless to say, my Great Clips at Fayetteville Towne Center experience with stylist Liz was perfection. Using the app to make my appointment assured that my experience was timely too!

It was ok,was told they didn't do twist cuts. I told them I just had it done. Anyway, the lady cut my sister and my hair. Cut was a gredt cut, but to short. It will grow out. And we'll be back. She explained everything first, we just thought it would look different. Love the razor cut.

Worst service, I have visited this location 4 times. The ladies in there are older do not like washing hair, why have the service if it’s not going to be an excellent experience. Washing hair process is rushed and not done the correct way. They are not good with mixed kids hair at all. When I mentioned I would pay again for my child hair to be washed again all I got was attitude from the hair dresser and the manager on duty at that time. I will not recommend this salon at all.

I went here today during my lunch break to get a haircut, the online sign in was great and I was able to get a stylist as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately that’s where the issue lies, about halfway through my haircut the stylist cutting my hair (a blonde lady)starts talking to another stylist (also blonde) about how the “Islam are taking over the world” and Trump is the only thing keeping “us safe from them”. It’s definitely not an appropriate discussion to have while dealing with a customer and it definitely greatly soured my experience which is unfortunate since I’ve gone here many times and have never had any issues.

I have been going to this great clips for 15 years. Recently tried going to a different great clips and it was not the same. We drove back into town for this specific location. Jill is absolutely an amazing stylist. She has cut my daughter’s hair the last two times and we’re gonna make sure we see her every time. She’s listened to my daughter’s wants for her unique alternative hairstyles and provides exactly what my daughter Envisioned.
