Great Clips

We’ve had only great haircuts here by Julita and Maria! True hair artists! My son has really thick, curly hair and it’s clear that these talented stylists really “get” curly hair. We really appreciate that they have Sunday and evening hours, too!

I’ve been going here for a year. Never had a problem. My haircut is pretty straightforward. Good staff. Ability to check in lets you know when to leave for the shop. Good price/value. You can get $5 off coupon at Fair Lawn Diner, which was why I started going there.

This was my second time coming in, the first being about a year ago, and again, the staff was incredibly rude. that time they were disorganized and the haircut was fine. This time, Instead of being greeted with a smile and told that unfortunately they dont have time for walk-ins, they rudely exclaimed “no walk ins!” This is such a simple opportunity to invest in customer satisfaction, the same message can be said with warmth or with disregard, and unfortunately the pattern seems to be the latter. Will not be trying this establishment ever again.

Just had my haircut here and I’ve never had such an uneven haircut before in my life. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and looked in the mirror. I asked for a 1 inch trim, long layers and a slight angle. Now the right side of my hair has uneven layers and the other side has none. My hairs is different lengths on both sides. And she cut about 3 inches off when I asked for no more than 1 inch. I wish I never came here. Update: so I went back and the stylist in the first seat, I believe she was the assistant manager, fixed my hair for me. She was very nice and did a good job evening it out and making sure I liked it. She took her time and was very friendly. The lady that did my hair yesterday was Talin who I realized is the one with all the other bad reviews on here. If you go

The ladies at the shop have been making me look good for a couple of years now and are always pleasant and patient with me. I usually sync up with Sami who does a great job always !!
