Great Clips

My hairdresser was pleasant and kind, but we agreed upon a little trim, taking an inch or inch and a half off max and he pointed to under my shoulder blade and I left with hair 2 inches shorter than where he pointed to. I hate this length of hair and I’m literally in tears over it, looking up hair, serums, trying to find a way to grow it. Please listen to your clients and if you feel a reason to takeoff more than it was agreed-upon, please check and double check they are okay with that instead of just taking their hair into your own hands and leaving them with much shorter hair than they wanted. I understand you might be trying to cut off dead ends or whatever but at the end of the day, you don’t have to live with that hair please make sure the person wants what you are doing. I’ve attache

I've been going in for months and only twice have i had a even cut. Today I went in and when I got home I had to even out the top of my hair,one side of my hair was noticeably longer. Your store is convenient for me but I just can't go through this every month. People are nice haircuts not so much.

They suck. Wanted a fade, she shaved it all to just one length and left a little on the top, but cut that short too. Cheap, you get what you pay for.

It’s my fault for choosing convenience over quality and I could let the photo do all the talking but I mean how hard is it for a trained professional to do her job adequately? First I get questioned on why I’m giving my son a fade and then for the hairline to be this extremely butchered? (This isn’t the first time this has happened to us at this location either with this stylist) I shouldn’t have to remind the stylist to make sure the hairline is even or at least decent. The small red headed stylist that was working on 1/13/24 should not be cutting hair. I’ll pay the extra money at Sports Clips although there shouldn't be this much of a parallel in service with such a simple haircut.
