Not trying to be mean or anything but if your going to have hair stylists that ain't that experienced and I got to be their test dummy then haircuts should be half off but hey you get what you get at the last minute on a Sunday

Stylist was new, I think. Cut was not even. I asked for a shampoo. Normally, that means a pretty thorough shampoo as well as conditioning. She did a very quick shampoo and no conditioner. Not a good experience this compared to service I’ve received there in the past.

Every time I go here and cheap out on hair cuts I walk out with the cut being completely wrong and butchered. Doesn’t matter if you show them photos of the cut you want and correct them, now I get to go pay more money to have the hair cut fixed! Except they cannot put hair back on so…… there is that! I knew better! I knew better!
