Great Clips

Terrible experience. Stylist was chatty with the two people in front of me, and didn't say a word to me. She took over 20 min on each of them, and took the drape off of me after doing almost no cutting. I had to keep asking her to finish the cut that I asked for. She balked at every request. I was pleasant and did not deserve the disrespect I recieved. I received half the time as other clients, and none of the kindness. There wasn't anyone waiting behind me, so I don't understand why she rushed me out. I left in tears. Never again will I trust this location.

I wish I could give less than one star. It didn’t look that bad from the front yesterday. I asked for some face framing layers and up 2 inches. There was no reason to maul the back of my head beyond the point of repair. This just isn’t acceptable. After some research, I believe the “stylist’s” name is MANDY, but I’m not 100% certain. According to linkdin, she has 10 years of experience- so I’m not certain why she cut my hair like it was her first time. I’ve received comments such as “wow, it looks like a 5-year-old did your hair”. I’ve always been very nice, tip well, and she still botched it so embarrassingly bad.

I've been getting my haircuts since they opened this location. I've never had a bad haircut and Im very picky about my hair!

Just started going here and I've been blessed to meet Cynthia, my new hair stylist/barber. She is very welcoming, kind, and fun to talk with. From the first time I went in, she cut my hair perfectly, even though I gave her little info on how I like it. Interactions with the other staff have been pleasant as well. 5 stars!

4/16/2025 @ 2pm. I took a wrong turn coming to the store, so Google Maps took me down the back alley behind the store before taking me around to the front. Out back of the store, one of the employees was smoking a dab/weed pen (and yes, she was very much out in the open it was 100% a weed pen and not a nicotine vape). When I was checking in, she came inside the shop with her eyes barely open. She was a bigger lady wearing a white graphic t-shirt with lips on it, leggings, black perm like hair, glasses. She sat in one of the stools and was playing videos out loud on her phone while laughing, it was that type of laugh where you can’t hold it in cause your high and everything is too funny.
