The process of getting a haircut at Great Clips is simple and easy, especially with the ability to make a reservation and wait until it's your turn to leave the house. However, your prices are way too expensive for a senior who is bald with the need of just a trim (#6) along the sides. $21.00 (plus a tip) is too expensive. I have to wait until coupons are available. I am in and out of the shop in 9 minutes. I suggest a lower price for someone with very little hair.

One of the best places to come . Always depends on the styler than the place itself and these guys never disappoints . With a choosy son I have always had a good experience . Very pleasing and customer friendly . Manager is such a friendly person and worth a trip for us to come from marriotsville .

TERRIBLE. I’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere that I’ve felt the need to write a review, but the lady who cut my hair, Tsoni, completely ruined my hair. I went in and asked for a trim, no more than an inch, just to get rid of the dead ends as I wanted to keep growing my hair out. Before getting out of the chair she never showed me the back of my hair as they always do but I paid and went to my car. When in my car I realized just how bad my hair was and honestly couldn’t believe it. When pulled to the front it is a multitude of different lengths and when in the back it isn’t even straight, it is completely slanted. I am horrified that a licensed stylist would let someone out of their chair with their hair looking the way mine did. I called customer service and they said the salon
