Great Clips

This was my first visit to this salon - today, March 9. Tristina was pleasant and gave me a good haircut. But she would not accept my email coupon that I received from the Great Clips home office in Minneapolis on 3/3/26. It has a "Use Code" for a $5.99 haircut at this location only, expiring on March 27, 2026. She said that because they are having a sale this week (at a price higher than my coupon), they were instructed to not accept any coupons. I know I seem petty, but honor the darn coupon! I don't expect the sale price AND the coupon price, just the lower of the two...seems like common sense to me.

Logan and Jess were an absolute blessing. My hair is extremely thick and was honestly a hot mess, yet not once did I feel judged—only welcomed and cared for. They took their time, listened, and made sure I was completely happy before I left. I walked out not just loving my hair, but feeling beautiful again. I’m so grateful for their kindness and talent

I go in and see Jess and she is the ONLY one I let touch my hair. She has has good recommendation if my hair needs extra love. She also gets me in and out with no problem and always has the most gorgeous smile on her face! Thank you for always making me leave feeling so beautiful.

The guy there doesn’t know how to do haircuts. I told him that I want layers and see what he did. I am so pissed off. Don’t go there to waste your money.

Jess was AWESOME. I got brave and asked her to cut off about 8 inches of hair, and she gave me layers that once I washed and styled, looks incredible! She definitely knows how to cut curly hair. I will absolutely be going back!
