Great Clips

My boyfriend and I went to get our hair done yesterday on the 16th of January and I will let you go ahead and know right now Lindsey and Karyn are two of the BEST AND I MEAN BEST Hairdressers we have both ever had. They are very professional and they were amazing. I showed them an inspo pic and it literally was the exact same thing when they were done. I mean AMAZING women, I am very picky about my hair so this was the best haircut I've actually ever received and thought they deserved some recognition. Very very good will only come here from now on. Lindsey or Karyn will be your go to girls.

My husband and 4 year old went and got their hair cuts here just now . Normally we use the Hickory, NC location. For months now, and have had no issues because they do amazing! They are nice, they take their time, they make sure you’re happy, they use coupons when we have them. Which we tip them well because of ther great work and their hospitality. We were in Morganton and they needed a hair cut so we stopped here. My husband and I are very upset and will not be back. As my husband said, he’s never seen scissors move as fast as she cut their hair. It literally took 6 mins to cut two people’s hair. I wish there was a zero for this review. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life getting a haircut. She asked how I want my hair done and I b explained, but I did not get what I asked for. My hair is a total mess. I had to go straight home instead of going shopping that is how bad it was. The young girl was in training and did not know what she was doing so thevother person who states I HAVE 2O YEARS OF EXPERIENCE did not do what I asked. I said just let me out of here because my blood pressures was rising. I am in my eighties and I guess they did not realize I have a brain and I want what I want. Thank God she did not charge me because I had no intentions of paying. The one withb20 years experience just threw the scissors on the counter and walked away. I TRULY WALKED OUT IN SHOCK

The stylist that cut my sons hair did a wonderful job. He was on good behavior that day, so she had it easy. But still she done a very good job at cutting his hair. She styled it and shaped it and took time and made it look good.

Took my 3 boys, 17, 13, and 4. Worst. Experience. Ever. 17 year olds haircut is wildly uneven. To the point he got up and said just stop. My 4 year old has a line across the back; and my 13 year olds was awful until I told her I didn’t like it; then she spent about 10 seconds “fixing” it. We will NEVER go to another great clips. The lack of give a damn on the girl with the black hair and colored roots… she needs to go to continuing ed classes asap. it’s okay to say hey I’m not quite comfortable with men’s cuts, (or any service you think twice about doing) do you mind waiting on a stylist who is? It’s okay! Be honest! Bc our experience was not at all what we’ve experienced at other great clips locations. Save yourselves the money; and your children confidence. Because today, my boys a
