Great Clips

Called to ask about my coupon, and she was very rude. Called on Tuesday 2.24.2026. At 11:21 am. Never received a coupon from this location. The lady was cutting me off when I was asking her for information. Not a good experience at all. It's time to change this location. My haircut always 20 dollars and I always have to leave a tip!

I have a autistic son and I can never remember the lady that normally does his hair but omg if you are a autism parent you know how hard it is to get a child with autisms hair cut. She works wonders makes him feel comfortable and listens to him and his feelings takes her time with him. Just wished I knew her name but every time I got I pray she's there and we get her.

2 employees were absolutely great, however 1 of the employees cut my daughters hair and completely jacked it up, its uneven, alot of pieces sticking out longer than other, having to pay more money for it to be fixed, on top of that when I asked her to fix it she took her scissors out with an attitude and cut straight across my kids hair with no comb or water spray AND made rude comments! And left her with this jacked up hair cut! A CHILD at that! She was absolutely the worst and im not normally one to complain but this was my kids school hair cut and she made it look awful! She was very upset as i was too! I never have a problem with great clips use them all the time but this go round has left me never wanting to go back again!

Jay does a good job! Price is good often there are coupons online. The app is great for not having to wait in line for along time.

Stylist was professional and very friendly and helpful. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted. She listened well. And she made sure I was completely satisfied.
