I went to great clips today to get a haircut. I looked for Kelly that normally always cuts my hair & she wasn’t there today so I had to settle for a different lady. I specifically showed this lady a picture of how I always get my haircut done & she didn’t even remotely get my haircut like the picture showed, I told her about it & all’s she could say is “ oh I’m sorry “. There was another lady that has cut my hair bfor there at the dry ridge ky location & she is another lady that has cut my hair bfor & still didn’t cut my hair right at all. My hair looks beyond horrible looking & like I said I specifically told this lady exactly how I wanted my hair cut but totally ignored anything I had said. I will not get my haircut done by anybody else but Kelly. I think I deserve compensation for the h

I don't go to Great Clips for my hair but I have 3 boys who love to go there. They are great with my kids, very patient! The boys feel like rock stars every time!

I got a haircut that was just what I wanted from the cutest girl named Avery. She took her time and followed what I told her. I was very pleased!
