They don't have haircut skills at all! I've never received this level of service quality! You can say this is Great Clips! But I am using other locations of Great Clips, and they are better!

Here’s what you get for a $21 haircut and a $5 tip. The stylist never showed me the back with a mirror and I’m pretty sure why. The neck line can’t really get more crooked and disjointed. Also probably an inch higher than any standard haircut. Contacted the Corporate customer service team and they were very responsive saying that the Downingtown Franchisee / Owner would contact me timely. Never happened. So, bye forever, great clips. I’ll never step foot in any location again.

They have a problem with listening. I said all I want is to trim the bottom so the bottom is even. She grumbled the whole time and chopped everything off so I ended up with a little boy haircut. It's choppy looks 100x worse than when I started. My curls are completely ruined. Zero consideration for my hair texture, curl pattern, face shape, nothing. The bottom still sticks out straight like a mullet CUZ SHE DID NOT LISTEN when I said the underside is straighter than the curls on the outside. Learn to listen to what people want, dang. Just got my hair cut. mentioned my hair was heavy on top and around my face. Showed a photo of a shaggy pixie style. Got none of what I showed. Left with full head if 1 inch layers. I won't need a cut for 8 to 12 months. I need to know how to request the stylist of my choice. Thankfully it's hat season.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Great Clips location in Downingtown, PA. I was straightforward and clear about what I wanted: a very short cut — a #0.000 (or shorter) on the sides with a fade up to finger length on top. This is not an unusual men’s haircut, and I communicated it calmly and clearly. Instead of simply saying they couldn’t accommodate the request, I was told that my haircut was “too much of a problem” for the stylists there and that I should find another salon. What made the situation worse was that I was then asked to stand in the middle of the salon while the stylist loudly called out to the entire room, asking if anyone was willing to “deal with” a short haircut.
