This is a great barbershop! Been coming here for years now and planning to continue for a long time. Can be crowded during the busy times, but that's the sign of any good establishment. Of course, you can always use the online booking system to schedule an appointment to save yourself the wait. Really a great family barbershop with very reasonable prices...highly recommended!

Came in today to get a buzz cut for health reasons. I was so happy to see the first stylist had a buzz cut herself. My stylist, Sandy, also had short hair spiked.Could not have had a better experience.!!!!! Everyone was caring and professional. Wonderful salon I will be back here when my hair needs to be cut again. I may even keep a buzz cut. I am shocked how great it looks.! Thank you so much, all of you.

Avoid this location if you have a coupon! I asked them to scan mine before my haircut to make sure it worked, but the manager was incredibly rude. She told me I could "either get the haircut or not" and refused to check the code first. It felt like a bait-and-switch—they want you to get the cut first so you’re stuck paying full price if the coupon fails. The manager (tall with short hair) has zero customer service skills. Updated: I called the corporate office and they stated the coupon was a nationwide coupon and the manager should have known if they would take it or not( as all locations are independent) Went to Roxbury and I was informed they do take my coupon and it got my haircut there. Walked in to get a haircut on Sunday and was told there is a 2 hour wait but I decided to sit and wait as I didn’t see anyone in the salon. 2 minutes after me a white lady with her grand daughter came in and were told the same thing and their information was collected and were told to sit. After 5 minutes a chair opened up and I was skipped and the customer who came after me was called. I complained and was told that I didn’t tell them I’m waiting! Why the hell would I be sitting there. I believe the employees at this business are racist and favor certain customers. I was not treated fairly and I will never use this facility again. I do not recommend this business

I have been coming here for a few years. I always have Jo cut my hair. My hair has a natural wave. Jo cuts it with the wave. She is always pleasant.
