Great Clips

Sam is amazing!!! I was extremely nervous to get layers cut in my hair after 10 years of just trimming at home, but she took care of me and made me feel welcomed. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that! She also gave me some great advice on how to better care for my hair. As soon as I walked in, something about her stood out from all the other employees, and I knew I wanted her to do my hair. I’m so glad that she ended up being the one to help me. I will definitely be back, all thanks to Sam! <3

I will start by saying i have never left a review with any establishment ever. This should tell you that if im going out of my way to leave a review, it's either really good or really bad. With that being said, every time i come here, it's a pretty good but standard experience. however, any time i visit and sam is cutting my hair, my experience goes from good to excellent. She knocks it out of the park. My hair looks good, and she puts a smile on my face to accompany the new cut. All in all, if you need a good haircut, this is a great location. Keep up the good work.

Liz was extremely accommodating for me last minute on a day that was really important to me. I needed my hair styled for a concert and had an appointment at another salon. I showed up to that salon and they were closed. The owner said she forgot I had an appointment with her today and didn’t even care. I called Great clips panicking and Liz answered and told me to come on in. I’m so glad I did. She got me in right away and did a perfect style on my hair. Liz saved my day!!! Thank you Liz!!!

I messed up and showed up around 15 minutes before they closed. They still cut my son's hair and they were really nice about it. I'm sure my mistake inconvenienced them, but they were really polite about my mistake. I appreciate everyone working there

Was able to check in online and get my haircut right after walking in the door. I had a 50% off coupon that was accepted without issue. The store was clean and the woman who cut my hair was friendly. She also had notes in her system from last time I got my hair cut in Washington state.
