I’ve never had a “great” cut here. But after this cut, I’m done. I asked for a low taper on the sides and a textured top, and what to I get? Buzzed side burns all the way up to my hairline, and a bowl cut with uneven bangs. Sometimes I wonder if the people cutting are even trained haircutters, or just people of the street trying to get in an easy side hustle. There is one employee that is actually pretty good at cutting hair, a taller and younger lady, but the rest; not even worth mentioning. I am very disappointed on how the current services have been.

Today was my worst day here, the old lady just messed up my hair. When i asked her to do layering for my hair she literally finished my haircut in less than 10 minutes. I wasn’t sure how she did to even worsen my hair. I asked her to do face defining layers. She just made a zigzag cut. I literally left my hair in pieces with no proper shape to it. Never going here again. Such a scrappy one it is. The old lady was not even ready to listen what people really want. Not at all welcoming the client. Not interested please don’t work but dont mess people’s expectations.

My hair cut turned out short, cute, and exactly what I wanted. I am a wash and wear type of woman- in the shower and out. I loved the product my salon gal put in my hair.
