We are usually a regular customer but recent the experience was different. The hair stylish was in some sort of hurry and wiped off most hair. My only conviction to trim a little bit then before.

I had a very upsetting experience on June 19th around 3 PM at the 5310 Matt Hwy location. I brought my son in for a simple haircut, but it was done unevenly, especially the bangs. When I calmly expressed my concern, the stylist became aggressive and shouted at me. Another stylist, Shanna, inserted herself into the situation, falsely accused me of shouting, and spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional way—in front of my son. I left feeling disrespected, humiliated, and shocked by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I hope this location seriously addresses staff behavior and retrains their team on how to treat customers respectfully.

We went to this location for my daughter’s hair cut. Nichole did a great job and made sure my daughter was comfortable. She also made sure she got the right information before the hair cut. I highly recommend Nichole for hair cuts.

One of the worst haircuts I ever got. A middle aged woman did the hair cut and she was visibly grumpy right from the start. I asked for a very short length haircut. While she said she would do scissors all over, she used the scissors for just a minute or so. The side buns were not shaped properly. And even the back of the neck was not trimmed up properly with the trimmer. There were two other women doing haircuts and they looked to be doing well taking their time and using scissors properly. I still gave a tip and I just hope she gets less grumpy for next customers. I will definitely not be going here again.

Great experience, in an out in a few mins, no wait and great service! Susan was wonderful!
