Great Clips

My wife had gone to this great a few times. The last 2 experiences were bad. BUT we went today and that changed. The atmosphere there is funner and happier. Christina was the hair stylist that cut my wife's hair and she did amazing!!! Thank you so much!!! We will be back for sure!!!

Took ty in for a "reverse fade" lol. Been following Queda around everywhere for years. She's warm &friendly &the best with hair. Great clips no longer does any color jobs anymore. She does my blonde at home. She does extensions etc..she does it all w private bookings..everyone is friendly there &can't beat hair cut prices!

Worse place ever. they are not friendly. They don't know how to follow directions even the short mexican lady who had to look 3 time at the paper to see what hair cut and this is how it turned out. They won't give a refund. they are completely rude and this is unacceptable.

My ex wife took my twin boys in there to get their haircut. The lady totally botched both of their haircuts, and I had to take them to another location and have them fix it. I wasn’t going to even make a review because the DM made it right. However, when my ex wife went in to get the refund as promised the associate or manager there decided to harass her and state that they never left like that which is a total lie. I have taken my entire family to great clips for years and years. I won’t ever step foot in another after this. Completely piss poor customer service!

Alma is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and personable. My hair wash felt like I was at a luxury spa with the work she put in to wash it and also provided a relaxing scalp massage. I will definitely be back and book with her specifically.
