If I could give zero stars I would. Took my four yr old to get her cut. The black lady that cut her hair rushed through it and had such a nasty attitude. Now my baby’s hair is uneven and it looks absolutely awful. Never going back. I left her a tip because I’m decent person but if I was her I’d pick another profession. I’ve seen numerous feedback about her. Why is she still cutting hair?

I have taken my boys here a couple of times to get their haircuts, but today was not a good experience. I asked for a certain haircut for my boys, I wanted them faded and short because I’m tired of having their hair grow back too fast. One lady was ok and just did, the black lady however was saying crap under her breath about it and then talking to another co worker about it. Now thankfully I’m a changed person with my boys cause before I wouldn’t have let that slide. But that was very rude and unprofessional on their part. Will not be going back.

I checked in online and arrived to only one stylist on duty. who told me I was next. Then a walk in arrived. Guy in chair left and I waited to be sat, only to have someone else arrive and be sat before me. I was told that he "checked in" before me, so he comes first. I asked about other stylist working and was told that there were 2 other stylist in house, but both were "on break ", at 10: 45 AM, and no manager was in or expected in today. Worst possible customer service EVER. I left.

It was my sons first hair cut, and Maddie totally knocked it put of the park! Was super sweet with my son, and made sure she saved us some of his curls. 10/10!

Brought both my daughters to get haircuts for back to school. Establishment was super clean and there was hardly any wait time because we checked in online. There must’ve been 6-7 employees who were all very nice and greeted everyone as they walked in. Both my girls loved their cut and they want to come back to this location for their next cut.
