Great Clips

I would highly recommend this salon for anyone who needs a great hair cut or a wash or a style or a shrink. Charlie and Michelle saved the day. I had a very terrible experience at the previous salon. I was at and I walked in here and they just sat me down and worked their magic and everything was good again.. so if you’re thinking about where to get a haircut, choose this place it’s pretty darn good.

I checked in online and got a place on the waitlist. Arrived at the shop and was greeted by a very friendly staff who had me seated within minutes of arriving. My haircut was basic but so well done! A quick and pleasurable experience with the team working here today. My stylist new exactly what I was asking for and made it happen in record time. The salon was clean, quiet, and just generally well maintained.

My stylist did not listen to me when I told her what I wanted. I wanted my hair evened out. My haircut is not good. One side is so chopped and uneven. The other side looks good, but the back is not blended with sides. When I told her she wasn’t doing my hair the way I asked for, she said she doesn’t let the customer tell her what to do. I don’t know if it was the language barrier or what. I would never go back. I don’t know my stylist name but she was an older Asian lady with sunglasses on. She needs to stop talking so much and focus on doing her job. She seems a little nutty, mean and not good at cutting hair.

I'd put off getting my hair cut for about a year because of my anxiety around it. Showed up to Great Clips nervous but Charlie made me comfortable by listening to what I wanted and walking through what could be done. Also LGBTQIA+ friendly. They did an amazing job, I'll be back in a few months for my next cut.
