Tell them repeatedly if you have facial piercings!!! I waited to make this post to see if it would heal but nope. In August 2023, I got my hair cut here and now have a permanent scar where my eyebrow ring used to be. Caught it with a comb twice before yanking it, even after saying, "oh, sorry!". Yeah, I'm the one who's sorry, for coming here and now I'm permanently scarred from it. Piercing rejected like a week later from being yanked multiple times hard as heck, great job girls. 🙄

Faith did a really good job on my hair. I would recommend her to everybody. She was very professional. She was quite nice. Thank you for giving me the hair stye I asked for.

The haircut was great, I just wish you guys could send coupons through my email more frequently.

Rude lady at front desk. Lost my business. All I said was why did the time change from 20 minutes to 36 minutes when I walked in. I was using the app as prompted to do. She said you are looking at the wrong thing so I showed her and she rudely said again you are looking at the wrong thing. So I said I was looking at the app that I was told too and because of her rudeness I walked out. Won't return or tell anyone else to go there.

I asked for a pixie with an inch to inch and a half clippered over my ears and at my neckline. I didn’t have my glasses on and did not realize until I got into my car that she clippered all the way up the back of my hair. I wanted a basic cut on the top and now I cannot even use a curling iron to fix it. She was in the first booth to the left. I tipped because I didn’t know how bad it was.
