Great Clips

I have been working with Patty for at least 4 years now. She always has been an amazing coiffeur that took the time to figure out how to cut my hair since I have three different cowlicks and she makes me look neat, presentable and handsome every time.

I asked for slightly shorter on the top of my head near the sides and they practically gave me a Mohawk, the dude who cut my hair was inexperienced and started cutting after me barely describing what I wanted done. I’m not happy with the outcome and I know I’m going to be made fun of at school across the next few days.

On September 14th my children (ages 20 & 16) went in to this Great Clips. I checked them in online, and they were very excited. My youngest, Junebug, was incredibly excited to have Hannah style his hair as Hannah is amazing! Victoria, my 20 year old had a specific cut in mind and brought reference photos. She was paired with "Patti." Upon showing the photos of the short haircut Patti claimed that couldn't be done because the photo showed some curl in the hair and Victoria has straight hair. Victoria said thats okay, I just want the cut and will style to put waves/curl in. Patties put a hand on her hip and cocked her body to the side and said no it won't look good. A younger guy name Nicolas cut my hair today, and did a phenomenal job! By far best haircut I’ve had in some time!

I went to get my 1 and a half your old sons hair trimmed here and I was told she could not finish my sons hair because he was moving to much which he was moving but not bad enough to not continue. She cut his bangs way to short and so crooked and cut the one side of his hair and not the other. She cut him and I was very frustrated and upset so we left. When I got to my car I cried because I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a hair place and I felt so bad for my son because I took him to get his hair cut there and she messed it up so bad. Will not be going back.
