I am extremely disappointed with how this salon handled our appointment today. I brought in my client, who is disabled, and she had already been waiting when the staff looked at both of us and casually announced they were “going to lunch.” There was no apology, no accommodation, and a noticeable lack of consideration for her time. ​Throughout the encounter, we were met with uncomfortable, "weird" looks from the staff that made us feel unwelcome. We were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, yet they took much longer than that with zero communication or updates. ​This showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Completely ignored the request for keeping majority of hair there and decided to just freestyled. Asked for light trim, the hairstylist decided to buzz my hair (basically). I have already been made fun of for my hair by multiple passing by civilians. I am very upset with the outcome of the hair cut and will no longer be a returning customer.

I have Erica and I have curly hair. I asked for a shoulder length bob and even showed her a video I ended up Getting a bob shoulder length and bushy layer when I wanted to straight across the bottom, longish hair.

Lindsey cut my hair on June 3rd and it was one of the best haircuts I’ve had. She definitely gets a 5. Unfortunately when I got my hair cut yesterday, she was not there and the experience was not the same. I said I wanted about 3/4 of an inch off. That turned into well over an inch and is chopped up and uneven. I had to trim long pieces myself when I got home. It’s so short in the back that it can’t be fixed until it grows out some. I definitely won’t let the one who cut my hair yesterday ever cut it again.

I always get a great cut from Ellen or Shelley. Friendly and courteous. Location is good for me too. Parking is good.
