Great Clips

This location is amazing. I drive 40 minutes to get there and I drive past two other Great Clips locations. Gabby is definitely, 100%, hands-down the best. I don’t go there unless she is there although I’m sure everyone else is just as amazing!!! The service, price, cleanliness and atmosphere are really good. And the check-in option has always been useful. Really enjoy Being able to walk in and sit down to get my hair cut pretty much five minutes later at the most!! 100% recommend this location

Received one of the worst haircuts of my life here. I asked for a skin fade and she made me look like Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber. She is the lady that works on the middle of the shop and should not be allowed to cut hair in any establishment. Totally incompetent and on top of that very rude. The other barbers in the shop seemed capable based on the conversations I heard around me while I was getting my hair cut.

I went in for a haircut last week , Hollie gave me a pretty bad one. After asking me how it looked, I told her that the transition from short to longer was too abrupt, kinda like a mushroom. She tried again with limited success. When she asked me again , I said it was good , so I could get out of there. She also had zero personality and should be in a career away from customers. After a few dozen good great clip haircuts , I was disappointed.

One of the best haircuts I can remember ever getting and received many compliments. The Cocoa Beach staff on Sunday were professional and made it a fun experience despite being very busy.

My boyfriend went to get a hair cut about an hour ago on New Year’s Eve day right before we move and he starts a new job. Woman with blonde short hair maybe in her 50’s or so was not only rude, made rude comments but sent him home with unblended, unfinished work. Wanted to leave soon as she could yet still took him for the cut. One of the worst haircuts I’ve seen done and he’s gone here multiple times. Absolutely unprofessional work done this woman should not have been hired and that’s coming from someone whose mom has done hair for thirty years. Shameful do not go here if you’re wanting a good cut.
