Always a great experience here. Friendly people always quick. Sydney is my go to. She remembers my name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door which made me feel welcomed. She knows how I like my cut and I leave happy with the results every time.
Great place. Always nice people. Very quick and Always a nice cut.
I signed up on-line and was there at before 2:00 p.m. I wanted a cut, style and straightening done. I was told there wasn’t enough time. They close at 5:00. I was next and they had three hours. She said they only had three stylists and not enough time. This request would not have been over an hour. Hour and a half at best. Apparently this place is not about giving a good haircut and style or customer service. It is about cramming in as many as they can for tips. Not recommended. I left and went to Delhi Great Clips and they did excellent! Steer clear of Cleves.
I see Andy for my hair cuts he is great does a perfect job and is very warm and friendly guy. I’ll keep coming back to this location.
Worst haircut I’ve ever had going home to buzz my head will and recommend to never go to this place again
