Great Clips

I don’t even wanna give this place one star. This was the worst haircut I have ever had. The only thing I asked for was a trim and she botched my whole head. This is the worst place to get your haircut. I had to leave Great Clips after paying $18 for a haircut to go to a salon and pay $50 to get them to fix my hair. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with my hair!!! She took a whole chunk out of the right side of my hair and left it like that. I asked her how much experience she had she said over 20 years.

This is my go to Great Clips location for haircuts. Everyone there is so kind and they always do an amazing job. This location is pretty popular so the wait times can be a little long so I always check in ahead of time on their app so I can just drive their when its about my turn.

I have visited Great Clips in Clemson several times and always enjoy a pleasant experience with your staff. On the last occasion Angel cut my hair and she was both very professional and great to chat with. I am 85 years old and of dual Welsh American citizenship. My wife and I have been well looked after in your salon and we are especially impressed that your cutters log in details of our preferred hair styling so their colleagues can easily refer to this from the notes which are kept on site. So I walked in got a nice greatings and got sat down they are really nice but when she got done my hair was uneven and it was all messed up and I wanted a trim and they cut 2 inches off

The online check-in option is very helpful. The haircut services are mediocre. Can't really say that I was completely satisfied with the service. The place is good, cleanliness is well maintained, but the overall experience was just fine. They could do better. Plenty of parking spaces are available as there are a few other shops and business in the building.
