I came in looking like I’d been in witness protection for a few weeks and walked out looking fresh, clean, and legally allowed to take profile photos again. The fade was crisp, the lines were sharp, and the attention to detail was top-tier. Derek listened, executed flawlessly, and didn’t rush a single second. This wasn’t just a haircut… it was art with clippers. If you’re debating who to sit in the chair with, stop thinking and ask for Derek. Great Clips is lucky to have him—and so is your head. I've been going to Great Clips since it used to be at Cambridge Square in Brookhaven, before moving to the current location. I've had a couple stylists that I liked, but in recent years I've settled on Derek as my favorite. I also enjoy the conversation with him while I'm in the chair. I've sat with a few other stylists (Quynh and Dee are two that I remember) and they've also done a good job.

Always a great experience with, Derek. He takes the time to ask questions of what you want out of the haircut and gives you a great salon experience. Always feel and look good after a haircut with him.

Derek took GREAT care of me and my very overgrown hair and beard. Holidays got busy so I was way overdue for a trim but Derek put me at ease and got me back to looking and feeling like myself. If you have a beard that needs a good trim, definitely pay Derek a visit- you be glad you did!

This is 3rd or 4 th time I've used Derek, and has helped actually do something ( a little longer) with what very little hair I have to work with. I feel like I look a lot better and that's all too Derek's credit. He is also very kind and patient. Thank you Derek
