Great Clips

I had a short wait which was very pleasant watching Stephanie interact with two young boys getting their haircut. She was very pleasant with me as well. I got an excellent haircut to boot!

The quality has drastically gone down hill here at the eastern Bell and Whitestone, Cedar Park, location. Back in September 2025 I received a horrific hair cut and beard trim here, the stylist literally did nothing right can gave me a lopsided Mr. Zorg hair cut (Gary Oldman in the Fifth Element). Normally, I'm not the type to voice my complaints to service, giving the benefit of the doubt. But, there were so many mistargets that I couldn't let it go. So, I worked up the courage to come back that evening for a fix. The manager was on duty then, did her best to even things up with another less than ideal haircut and she was embarrassed for me for how bad it was, admitting this was "the worst haircut she has ever seen, truly horrible." As a long time customer of Great Clips i have never had a bad haircut until today. Litearlly the was the worst haircut I have ever receivedand i eveb paid full price because they wouldnt honor my coupon. I would not recommend this location.

I stopped in during my lunch break and Heba greeted me right away. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Very professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. Highly recommend her.

I am so very disappointed in our experience at this Great Clips and with Claudia. My son's hair is butchered, and a few days before his birthday. He had so much beautiful hair to work with, with lots of inspiration photos to go off of. This was his first salon cut, and it turned out awful. Claudia did well in making sure my son understood what was happening, telling and showing him the clippers and the water, but she did a horrible job with his hair! Just look at these photos! I'm highly disappointed.
