Chloe did my hair right after I got off work and I didn’t even have to wait a single second to get seated and she did such a amazing job on my hair she asked me many questions to know EXACTLY WHAT I wanted and she did just and I’m so happy with it now 😼😼😼😼

I checked in online and the wait time said 4 minutes—which was perfect, since I was about 4 minutes away. I headed straight there. When I arrived, there was one person ahead of me and two hairdressers working. I figured the wait might be slightly longer than 4 minutes, and that was fine. One of the hairdressers came over and told me it would be about 10 minutes. That still sounded reasonable, so I stayed. But 20 minutes later, I was still sitting in the waiting area. When I finally got up to leave, one of the hairdressers noticed and said, “I’m almost done.” Honestly, you should’ve been done 25 minutes ago. This isn’t about the quality of the haircut—they might be amazing, possibly the best in town. But I’m on a tight schedule. I was told it would be a short wait, and I ended up sitting

I always have a great experience at this location! Kloe K. always takes her time and doesn’t rush to make sure I get a great cut every time.

Just a reminder, don’t go here. They cut my child’s ear and then yelled at him to trust her and then wouldn’t stop cutting his hair even after I said we’re done and asked her to stop multiple times and she would not.
