Great Clips

I paid $20 for a haircut today (Jan 31, 2026) and left a $2 tip. After that, the hairdresser looked at me in a condescending manner and said she expected a $5 tip. This comment was made while other customers were sitting right behind me, which felt humiliating and unprofessional. Tipping should always be voluntary, not demanded or implied—especially in a way that embarrasses a customer publicly. Regardless of expectations, this interaction was disrespectful and left me feeling insulted. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the haircut itself. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in that regard.

Worst service ever. I’m referring specifically to their men’s haircut service. It’s honestly unpleasant how bad their haircuts are. They don’t even take into account what the customer asks for and just do whatever they want. I left with my hair completely ruined. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Great cut….just like I wanted! Great extras….eyebrows, ears, beard neck trim at no extra cost! Great barber….she remembers my name and preferences!

The girl named elyssa did a great job with cutting my hair today when ever I came in today for the $9.99 haircut deal she was nice and really professional at cutting my hair by doing the higher fade for my haircut haircut came out perfect she seems like a very cool and good person

Tamika and J were incredibly pleasant. I was greeted as soon as I came in and my cut took less than 15 minutes. Diane creates the best designs! Reasonably priced, great service, welcoming and clean atmosphere. I'll be back for sure.
