I wouldn’t recommend this place. My 80 year old mother in law and husband came in today, and the atmosphere was toxic. No one working there was happy. The lady who checked us in was visibly annoyed that my 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW didn’t check in online. We don’t ever have high expectations of chain businesses like this, but they should at least pretend they care. My husband is bald on top and just wanted a clean up (it was just getting long around the back). The lady did a subpar job- leaving long stragglers on the top (there is literally like 4 hair on top) for $22! For a bald man’s clean up.. Outrageous. Do not got here. They shaved my fiancé beard off when he asked for a trim/ clean up. Our wedding is in three days and the beard he has always had is gone. How is a trim end with it gone

The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted period and I'm pretty sure she was the manager on duty. She cut my hair bone-dry without using a spray water bottle at any point. It came out a hot mess and I was clearly not happy with it. She seemed irritated when I told her it was too blunt. She finally agreed to add layers but did a half heart attempt at that too. The way she handled my hair made it seem like she had an attitude and then she acted like I inconvenienced her when I spoke up. She was more concerned with closing on time, even though I arrived almost 90 minutes before they closed. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a bad haircut. I'm going to have to get my hair redone somewhere else because this haircut is 4 inches longer than what I asked for. Extremely disappointed!

Awful haircut. I had long hair and wanted long layers and a trim less than 2 inches. The stylist cut layers uneven and had them at the length that touched my chin. She trimmed over 5 inches on portions of my hair. It will take months for them to reach the same length as my hair. The layers were formatted very choppy and looked like a staircase. Please avoid going to great clips.

Rude, unprofessional, and lazy.
