Great Clips

Today I took my son to Carlisle Great Clips, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. An older male barber cut my son’s hair. I clearly showed him what I wanted, but he completely ignored it and ruined my son’s haircut. It looks nothing like what I asked for — it honestly looks like some kid did the haircut. It ruined our whole day. I even tipped him, which I regret, because I wish I hadn’t paid at all for such terrible work. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been, and I would never recommend it.

5 star! Love Great Clips at Keystone Arms. Quick service and the employees are amazing. My family use to go to the other Great Clips across town but this new one is closer so its our go to! Lexi does a great job managing it.

I just got done with my haircut just a few minutes ago and I am very impressed on the service and how I was treated. The female that is in the shop did really good with my hair was very respectful and very nice. I would definitely recommend her!

My 10 yr old brother and my 2 cousins got a haircut here. My brother has a bald spot from it and his front is like a triangle, like what?.. My cousin asked for a fade and the lady made him like an Edgar?? And my cousins hair was done by this nice Asian lady it was okay. Overall don’t come to the place like how BADLY can you mess up.

Lexi was super friendly and did a great job reshaping my short cut.
