Great Clips

Always hit or a miss here. Sometimes you get somebody who turns your hair into a mohawk, sometimes one of the lady cuts it perfectly. I think I have been here 5 times or so, and had 2 good haircut and 3 bad ones. SO I do not take that chance anymore and I go to Toby's where I always get a good haircut.

First time I've ever had a haircut that I would consider *painful* but they found a way. Everytime she combed the side of my head, it felt like she was digging it into my ears and she used *way* too much pressure with the clippers. I walked out after my haircut feeling worse than I did going in, and I've never left a hair place without them doing something to freshen the look up before. I had come over here because I wanted to freshen up before going back to work, but all I realized is I should have waited a day or two to go a proper local barber or even just Sport Clips. 0/10

If I could change to ZERO stars I would. Well new trip to barber. It is a disaster. Will not be using that barber or location again. It had a weird vibe to start with couldn't figure out what it was. Kept catching a weird smell. Long story short, she smelled like weed, and must have been high, cut my hair like a bad student. (Including messing up my 6"+ beard) By the time I pieced things togather, and looked at myself the damage was done. (I always tell what i want answer any concerns and close my eyes and relax, because i find it soothing) Do better.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. Please save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to get a kids haircut. The lady clearly had an issue cutting a 3 year olds hair because he wasn’t sitting straight up or sitting perfectly still. If she had an issue cutting children’s hair then don’t offer the service, I will be happy to go elsewhere.

Imagine a haircut so bad, the only way to fix it is to set the clippers to 4 and buzz all the hair off. Imagine a stylist that doesn't know to use a comb when trimming eyebrows. Yeah, that was my California MD Great Clips experience this past weekend. Now, I'm stuck with this stupid Chia Pet looking haircut through the holidays, family pictures, etc. This was not my first bad experience at this location. I'm done going here for haircuts and so is my family.
