I left feeling refreshed and super happy with the result. Julia was also incredibly nice and funny, which made the whole appointment really enjoyable and relaxed. It honestly felt more like chatting with a friend than just getting a haircut. What I appreciated most was how helpful she was with hair care advice. She noticed my scalp was a bit dry and gave me some great tips on how to keep it hydrated. She also recommended a few products that could help improve scalp moisture and overall hair health. I was able to easily check in at this location using the great clips app. Parking is a little tricky, but not impossible. My stylist was knowledgeable and friendly giving me hair care tips for my kind of hair.

Clara at the Burlingame location is the best employee you have!!! I was very upset to hear that you took away some of her schedule. When she is not working I will not get a haircut at your location without her. Please allow her to work more days than Monday -Wednesday. It makes it very difficult with my schedule. She is a 10 out of 10 employee and deserves to be there 5 days a week, so each one of your customers can enjoy her work!!

Clara did a great job with my hair. Haven’t had this good of a haircut in a long time. Store Inside is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for haircuts
