Great Clips

Wish I had checked the reviews before I let my daughter sit in the chair. After waiting several hours and after the rude lady at the front was super unfriendly with not only me but every customer that walked in, I still decided to give them a chance. This place is a joke, we asked for face framing layers and that is not we got. Stay far far far away from this place!

I appreciate each visit with Great Clips in Brunswick Ga. My last visit i needed a haircut. I had left over curls from a perm. I am bad at names but the sweet woman that cut my hair, I am thinking around my age or probably younger and probably a foot or so shorter than I am. She cut my hair. She had kind of like a Farah Fawcett type haircut. 🤣🫡maybe she will remember me. Idk she sees alot of people. I came right around 🎄 Christmas as well this is the pic ... I actually told the young lady to just cut it off ... more of a shorter shag.

Not even sure why I come to Great Clips anymore. Multiple locations have continued to butcher my cut. A little training on attention to detail would be nice so everything is even on both sides. This particular time I left with a patch missing in the back. Do better. Hold your staff accountable.

I’ve been going to Great Clips for many years in different locations. I consistently get a good cut at a good price.

Online check-in is super convenient; Karen always makes sure to check the cut before finishing. Staff is friendly and attentive. A much better experience than the other Clips place in Brunswick.
