We brought our boys in tonight. Michelle and Shelly gave them the best haircuts we’ve ever seen on them. We’ve been to multiple different locations and various shops in the area. Also, they were incredibly kind. Personable. In a world where that doesn’t exist much any more, they crushed it. I’ve been in client service and account management for 20+ years. They exemplified what service should be. Hope they see this and know they’re appreciated.
CATHY WAS THE STYLIST DID A TERRIBLE JOB SHE was the one who BOCHED MY HAIR LOOKING GOD AWFUL!!! I WENT BACK AND SHOWED THE ONE SIDE OF MY BANGS NICLY FEATHERED BUT 5HE RIGHT SIDE CUT STRAIT ACROSS IN A UNPROFESSIONAL WAY " ITS TOTALY RUINED I TOLD HER AND I GOT MY MONEY RETURNED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! IM IN TEARS!!!!
Would give 0 stars of i could! The stylist saw 4 pics of what I wanted, said she could do it than chopped my hair off sooo short it cant be fixed! I left in tears
Shelly cut my hair last vist. PERFECT!!!
We had a great experience at this location, specifically with Michelle. She was great with my 1.5 year old son and made his first haircut fun! Very thankful for her and we will be back again!
