Booking through the online process was very smooth. As soon as I reached they provided the service as per the number in the queue. The lady who cut my child's hair did a good job and was very pleasant. Greg, the other hair dresser was extremely funny and kept making my child laugh. The overall experience was a wonderful one and my child wants to now come here for all future hair appointments :) .

Been coming to Sue at Great Clips for over 10 years now, and I won't go anywhere else! Sue is incredibly consistent, talented, and pays great attention to detail. I always leave with a perfect hair style. The shop is always clean and professional. Highly recommended!

I went for a haircut, described to the barber exactly what i wanted (this is the second time i went to the exact same guy) and gave im detailed and more accurate instructions because when i went before this he messed up my hair. Despite my clear instructions he ended up cutting my hair insanely short (not as i instructed at ALL) and then proceeded to mess up straight line cut at the back of my head, it was tilted and looks like someone inexperienced cut my hair from the back. I cant ask him to grow my hair back now so this review is all i can do now. The reason this has 2 stars and not 1 is because despite the lack of skills, the employees were very nice and chill.

I had an old $9.99 Great Clips gift card (which does not expire) with a remaining balance of $4, along with another $14.99 card. My stylist, Rosa, was processing my haircut charges when another female stylist suddenly jumped into the conversation, creating confusion and yelling about the $9.99 card — even though it had already been processed by the system without any issue. The system then prompted me to pay the remaining balance, which I did, including a tip, before leaving. This all happened around 10 a.m. on Sunday, Oct 5, 2025. I’ve been visiting this location for the past 3.5 years. It’s had its ups and downs — some staff don’t seem to understand what good customer service means, despite working in a customer service business.
