Great Clips

I’ve been bringing my two youngest boys to this location every couple of months for almost 6 years. We’ve never encountered any issues; that was until yesterday. We arrived and signed them in without issue; one stylist took one child and the second stylist took the other. The one stylist, Mark, asked a few questions about length all of which I told him was fine and I gave them their space to work. Mark then asked me to check it out to see if everything was ok. I walked up to the chair and was floored by what I saw. Just completely straight chopped layers on the back of my son’s head. I politely asked if he could blend it out a bit more. He asked like a fade? I said yes, use the machine if you need. I then gave him space to work again and by then the other stylist who was the manger, Emily,

I get a great haircut when ever i Use Emily ! She listens to what I want and doest cut it too short or leave it to long . Always make sure I am happy . The owner of the shop was very responsive when i had issues with other stylist and seemed to really care about his customers

I had my haircut here on a whim because I had a coupon, and didn't feel like spending the outrageous prices of my salon. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by Emily. I showed her a picture from when I had a very short hairstyle, and I asked her to recreate it. She got to work. When she thought that she was done, I pointed out where it needed to be trimmed more in order for it to look proper. Once she fixed it, it became one of the cutest hairstyles I've had in a while. She did try to charge me $40 for a blowout of long hair even though I now had super short hair, but she realized her mistake and charged me the right amount. I would be willing to give this place another shot!
