Great Clips

The experience was mixed. The people working at the desk were all very kind, but the asian woman who cut my hair, wasn't. (I'm sorry for the crude description, I didn't get her name) When this woman asked what I wanted I asked for a one on the sides and a three on the top, and she claimed that was too short, I got confused, so I agreed to at least a 4 on top, thinking I'd bring it down afterwards. News flash: She went way shorter. She either doesn't understand what the numbers on the guards mean, she wasn't paying attention, or perhaps she thought this would be a good way of "teaching me a lesson" for not wanting to do what she wanted, (that is probably a stretch though) because she used no guard on the sides and used what looks and feels like a one or two on the top. They got me in quick. However by the time I left I was unhappy. I asked for a half inch trim and she cut about2 inches off and then gave me bangs which I did not ask for I thought she was trimming my hair and all a sudden I see my hair just falling and cut short. Not to mention she was so loud about my hair being damaged that I needed to cut it shorter and to use certain shampoo and not argon oil. I swear the whole place heard because people were looking at me even the workers there. I am very disappointed in the service.

Ive been here a couple of times with different stylist and both times have been disappointed. My daughter's bangs looks terrible amd the stylist said it was because her bangs had curled up. Even after straightening them out, they look uneven and are too short to fix. Cookie cutters accross the street do a much better job and charge the same amount.

I have been here several times now and have been happy every time. Always a good cut and always a friendly stylist. My wait is always minimal as well.

Every single time I’ve came here I’ve left with my hair messed up. This last time I asked for some bangs and layers, it looks like the lady just cut where ever she wanted. My bangs are just chunks of front hair. Over all I would not recommend going here.
