Great Clips

Great experience for the past year or so but there was a new person today that shouldn’t be licensed to cut hair. Luckily Sports Clips has a no charge bad haircut policy where they fix bad haircuts.

Been coming to this location once a month for around 8 years, driving 35 minutes to get there. Their policy has changed so that if you check in on-line and you’re first on the list, you are dropped from the waitlist after 30 minutes. This makes no sense; there is no negative to keeping it an hour as it was previously, since they serve the next person in line who’s in the store anyway. This dumb policy has cost them business, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on (the owner has the Buckwalter location as well). Thanks for reading.

My daughter needed her hair styled for a wedding. This was a last minute problem. Amber at Great Clips solved it by going above and beyond to do a beautiful job on her hair. Everyone at the wedding were impressed with her hair style. Thank you Amber! We will always remember your care and compassion for our daughter!

Great clips is great. I always get the nicest ladies to cut my hair. Make sure to log into the online portal, it really is easy. I log in early and head to the store when I have about 15 minutes left and walk in and get a chair within 5-10 minutes. Thanks again look forward to coming back
