Great Clips

I used to get my hair cut at a previous salon. There was the nicest, most efficient young lady named Vonnee. After a year of not seeing her I went to Great Clips to try. I walk in and there she was!! Not only did she remember me, she also remembered how I got my hair done! That's Customer Service!!! She has my business and deserves a raise!! I am a satisfied customer.

I went here for a hair cut for myself and my daughter. Vonnie did an amazing job on mine and my daughter's hair. She was so nice and friendly. I was really nervous but she made the process relaxing. I ended up getting a shampoo and style as well. Josh was also very nice and did great blow drying hair. I will definitely be back for another cut.

The staff was genuinely great with my three kids—very friendly, patient, and good at keeping conversation going, which I really appreciated. From a customer-service standpoint, they were kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual haircuts were a different story. The skill level for scissor cutting three boys’ hair just wasn’t there. Two of my boys’ bangs ended up uneven and spiked—literally looking like a phone’s AT&T signal bars. Hair was left hanging over their ears, and overall the cuts looked rushed and poorly finished. After paying $90 for the three haircuts, we’re now having to go somewhere else to get them fixed, which is frustrating and not what you expect at that price point. One other issue: the coupons. They take way too long to arrive by email, which makes them almost use

The lady that cut my hair cut way too much hair off and basically stabbed me in the forehead with scissors. I’ve never experienced something so crazy in my life. She was so fast and trying to get people out of the chairs really quick but did real crappy job I would never go back there or recommend anybody going there unless you want to get stabbed in the head with scissors.

Vonnee is amazing! She’s super professional and friendly, really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. You can tell she actually cares about her clients and their look. One of the best barbers I’ve ever been to I’ll definitely be coming back
