Great Clips

Have always had a great experience at Great Clips. I have always waited for Nicole who knows her clients and does an excellent job every time.

I checked in online and 20 minutes later I was back home with a great haircut and had my wife's approval. Very attentive to detail.

Wish their online check in were more accurate but otherwise it was inexpensive and quick once in the chair.

Worst experience ever!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen hair being hacked off so rapidly , not just off my head but others too . Today on my way home from work decided to stop by Great clips , Bermuda Dunes . Figured it was just a trim to cut of dead ends, easy, right ? My hair was just barely below shoulders. I wanted the ends trimmed off to now touch shoulders. She Literally just started cutting straight across , around … however not straight at all . I think she was trying to do a constant correction of her mess as my hair just got shorter . As she took off my drape , and handed me a mirror she could see my displeasure, as could the woman waiting to go next . She then tried to tell me a curling brush would make it look fine and wanted to style it 🤦‍♀️I said “ no I’m done here, no more”

We went last Friday the 3rd during the afternoon. There was a man in the lobby open mouth coughing on everyone. No one asked him to leave. They allowed it. In addition, one of your stylists was also coughing all over a man while she was cutting his hair. DISGUSTING. My fiance was in the lobby while I was getting the worst and rudest cut by a woman with long plastic nails. Avoid her or you'll need to go somewhere else to get it fixed...
