Great Clips

I'm a regular customer of great clip, but this branch disappointed me a lot. I just started to open a shop with only one barber. I asked if I accept walk-in customers. I want to cut my bangs and cut my hair shorter. The barber took me to sit and spray water on my hair. I took the picture I wanted to see because I was not sure if she would cut my hair well, but not to be rude. The barber saw the picture I sent with the corner of the eye for less than 3 seconds. She cut the length of the back quickly and cut the front bangs and said it was done. Until I had to ask if you didn't think about cutting the side. Or check the neatness? Then the barber did it. Dana was great! My hsirbis very difficult to cut due to a couple of whorls. She has plenty of haurcutting experience, was pleasant and really knowledgeable.

I want to share that my experience with Great Clips is not optimal overall but I have found a great stylist at the Berkley location that goes above and beyond for customers and always delivers a superior end product. Diana is very personable, talented and thoughtful. She remembered the specifics of my upcoming wedding, cut my hair so that it would be great for the pictures and honeymoon. On my next visit she asked about the wedding and honeymoon. I can't say enough about her professionalism and customer service.

Went to this location after 2 years of growth to get my hair cut for donation to Wigs for Kids. Informed the stylist that I wanted to donate the full length of growth. Trusted stylist to properly rubber band hair and cut for donation. Halted stylist when she pulled my hair back into two ponytails and informed her that they typically rubber band from the top and she insisted it would be fine. She then cut my hair to half length and wasted two years of growth as the hair was no longer viable for donation. 2 years and 16" of hair growth destroyed due to incompetence and lack of understanding of how hair donation works. I understand that this is an exception, as most people are not going for donation, but I will not return to this location again based on this experience.

I got a horrible haircut there. I’m a woman with short hair. That does not mean I want to be buzzed like a dude! Awful. I don’t know her name, but short with dark hair and a thick accent. Never again!!!!!
